If you would like to return an item , please:

Generally:
  • return your items in their original packaging
  • to submit your return within 14 days of receiving the package
  • only return incorrect/faulty products if our customer service asks you to do so
  • handle the products carefully when trying them on
  • Headscarves returned in their original condition cannot be refunded; instead, you will receive a voucher for the amount of the purchase.

SALE PRODUCTS/DIRTY/WORN CLOTHING AND ITEMS WITHOUT STICKERS/LABELS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs!!!

REFUND

Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, we require 5-7 business days to process it and an additional 4-6 business days to process your refund.

Keep in mind that you'll be charged €4.99 shipping for orders under €100. Shipping is free for orders over €100.

RETURNS DUE TO UNDELIVERABILITY

For shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, or for shipments that cannot be picked up at a DHL branch/Packstation and are therefore returned to us, we can resend them for a flat shipping fee of €4.99 or cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, a return shipping and processing fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount .
